For the 2004-2005 football year, the UNC Bears and Zac’s Legacy Foundation teamed up for the “Sacs for Zac’s” fundraising event. All proceeds went to the Creston Walker family (Creston is in the white shirt). Along with the Walkers note, we also wish to thank the UNC Bears coaches and football team. We look forward to teaming up together for many more fundraisers to help families enduring the struggles of childhood cancer.

 

 

 

 

 

Dear Zac’s Legacy Foundation & the UNC Football Team,

 

 

Thank you very much for your generosity and willingness to help others in need.  Creston has been battling cancer for 2 ½ years now.  We have endured 3 relapses and are currently undergoing chemo.

 

Recently we took a little break so Creston could graduate high school with his class.  Such a wonderful experience!  Over the years, we have had numerous wonderful experiences usually linked to the openness of others hearts.

 

Again we are touched by the love of people we don’t know.  We are ever grateful.
